Please take a few minutes to read the following terms & conditions prior to purchasing any of our products on-line. The terms and conditions govern the use of this web site and the purchase of any goods from it.
All of our products are subject to availability. We carry limited quantities of all our lines in order to provide you with an exclusive selection. In the unfortunate event that we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be contacted immediately and given the option of choosing another item, store credit or full refund.
Any personal information that you provide including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released to anybody outside Apartment.
Apartment does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products. Your credit card details are processed by EWAY. Further information can be viewed at www.eway.com.au.
Apartment employs a RapidSSL 128 / 256 bit single root SSL certificate to encrypt data transmitted between aptmnt.com and you the user to prevents eavesdropping and tampering.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD$).
Currently Paypal is the only way to purchase products.
Please note that Apartment may delete, add or amend any information or product on the online store with out notice.

Free shipping on all orders within Australia. Please allow 2-3 working days depending on location. All local orders will be given a tracking number.
All international orders will cost $30 postage. Orders over $500 will be free of postage charge. Please allow up to 3-10 working days depending on location. All international orders will be given a tracking number.
Please be aware that your order may be subject to local customs and/or duties in the destination country. Please check with your local authority for all details and rate. Apartment can not be held responsible for any such additional charges & these are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Apartment is not responsible for delays or loss of delivery once the item has been shipped but will however assist in anyway to help resolve the issue.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All International sales are final (exception faulty goods).
No refunds (exception faulty goods).
Australian customers are entitled to an exchange within 7 days from receiving your package.
The item/items must be returned unused. Original invoice, all tags and original packaging must be included.
Prior to a return you must contact Apartment (firstname.lastname@example.org) to obtain a return authorisation number & state the reason for the return. Orders returned to Apartment without an authorisation number will not be recognised and will be marked return to sender.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
When returning an item it is recommended that you obtain proof of postage (either by receipt, tracking or airway bill number). Apartment does not accept responsibility for ‘lost’ returned orders.
If you wish to make an exchange to another product/size please notify us immediately – it will be placed on hold for you. If the item is more than the original you will be charged the difference by credit card. If the item is cheaper than the original you will be issued with a credit note for the difference valid for 3 months.
If, at the time of exchange a suitable item cannot be found a credit note will issued, valid for 3 months.
Credit notes issued through the online store are only valid at aptmnt.com

FAULTY ITEMS & DAMAGES
All items are thoroughly checked before sending and are packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us at email@example.com to obtain a return authorisation number.
All faulty / damaged returns must adhere to the same criteria as listed above, in returns & exchanges.
Only in the event of a faulty item is the return postage paid for by Apartment.
Refunds on faulty goods that have been shipped internationally will not include a refund for any customs taxes or duties that may have been applied to the shipment.
Apartment holds the right to request a photographic image be emailed through to asses faults prior to a return authorisation being given.
Please Note: If you receive a package which is visually damaged or opened insist that this is noted with the carrier before signing for your order.
